I led the creative strategy for Facilito’s social media initiatives in both the USA and Ecuador, effectively promoting their innovative door-to-door product delivery service between the two countries. In this role, I developed a comprehensive content strategy that not only highlighted the unique value proposition of the service but also demystified the process for users. I produced engaging, tailored content—including detailed video tutorials and visually striking graphics designed specifically for Instagram and YouTube—to clearly demonstrate how to navigate and utilize their website. This approach not only boosted customer engagement but also ensured that the service was presented as accessible and user-friendly for a diverse audience.
